Return & Exchange Policy
Blēo Art's return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with a description of the issue along with clear photos as proof. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement.
Each artwork is custom printed just for you. If you decide you no longer want it, you can request a return by emailing us within 14 days of delivery. Since we offer free worldwide shipping, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs. You’ll need to send the artwork back to our London address using a recorded delivery service. Once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
